If after inserting the actual number of batteries and your toy doesn’t work still, check the arrangement of the batteries inserted, you might have arranged the batteries the wrong way. Read the instruction carefully to ensure you arrange the batteries the right way. Inspect the battery compartment Vibrators take, for example, bullets come with batteries already inserted in them. To prevent it from working, a small paper disc placed in the battery compartment stops the battery from connecting. To get your toy working, you need to remove the paper disc to get the vibrator working. Also, carefully inspect the plastic sleeve that lines the battery compartment to ensure its intact. There won’t be a connection without the plastic sleeve, and the paper disk’s function is to prevent the toy from working during delivery.

Do the batteries come in sealed plastic?

Can the toy be recharged?

Ensure you charge your toy for the duration recommended in the manuals and usage guides. It takes up to 24 hours to charge some toys fully. Read the instructions to identify the differences in the toys – most rechargeable toys come with a light indicator that blinks while charging, and light that standstill when fully charged.

Rechargeable batteries are not advisable for use

Non-reusable batteries are the best to use rather than using the rechargeable ones. The size of rechargeable batteries is bigger than the normal ones, and this sometimes causes problems regarding securing the battery compartment. We only recommend non-reusable batteries in any of our toys.

Is the battery cap tightened up properly?

Confirm that the base covering the batteries is properly tightened well enough to ensure your toy is working. In some cases, you need to twist it as much as possible to make the toy work. In another case, older toys get loose easily which makes the springs compressed. For such reason, it requires addition twist to ensure it maintains contact with the battery, thereby, restores the connection between the batteries.

Why does the toy smell absurd?

The nature of the materials and the manufacturing process are the reasons toys like rubber, PVC, and vinyl didos smell very strongly. Unfortunately, this smell lasts for long as there s no solution to eradicate the smell at the moment. However, time to time usage and washing the toy with warm water and cleaner will eventually make the smell to fade off gradually.

If you wrongly placed an order

We may change a wrongly placed order IF IT HAS NOT LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE. But once the package leaves the warehouse, it becomes impossible for us to change the order for you. To get your desired product, you would have to place another by carefully selecting the correct order of your choice. Please, always be careful when placing an order. When you wrongly placed an order, or you are not interested in the item you ordered for anymore, it is important you reject the delivery of the product and ensure that it is marked as “Return to Sender” (RTS). Our packages come in sealed intact brown boxes and yellow envelopes which do not offer a third party the opportunity to know the items in our deliveries. We hide all the contents of the boxes or envelopes to ensure our customer’s privacy remain safeguarded. All information on the boxes and envelopes are the shipping labels and return address of our warehouse. An anonymous company is in charge of the billing which customers will be able to see on their credit card statement.

Rejected or Returned Product (Order)

Every returned or rejected product either as a result of incorrect information of the buyer, rejection by the customer that placed the order, or inability of the post office to make the delivery; we assure you of payment refund once the product gets back to us intact. However, customers should know that refund of all shipping cost is not included because shipping fee was as a result of processing of product delivery to your country.

Delivery of Wrong product or Missing Product.

If a wrong item is delivered to you or a product is missing from the order you made, kindly contact us through our contact lines or mail within 48 hours that the product was delivered to you.

Misplaced or Delayed Order or Stolen item

At no point in time would we be accountable to you or take responsibility for misplaced or stolen products except shipping insurance is associated with the package delivery.
